About Me

I am an Integrative Counsellor and TRE® Provider based in Southampton Hampshire.  I use tools from many different types of therapy to support each individual I work with, including the body based TRE® process. I am also trained in CBT-E which is enhanced CBT specifically designed for people with eating disorders and Brainspotting, which uses eye position and focused mindfulness to help process trauma. 

I have always had an interest in peoples behaviour, why people do what they do and how they are feeling. I have been studying counselling and psychology for over 20 years. I have held roles various roles in different working sectors and do a lot of further training to help me improve.

I aim to provide people the space to be able to see the solutions for themselves. We all struggle with figuring out our next steps sometimes and with me you can explore and consider different options in a safe non judgemental space. 

I do not believe that money should stop people getting support, which is why I also offer pay what you can options for all treatment I offer.
