Nathalie has been great counsellor with me this far, I'm starting to feel more positive about my future. She has started to help me realise some of my deeper issues.
We still have a bit of a journey ahead of us but I feel we will be able to get me to where I need to be and deserve to be mentally
Felt at ease from the very first moment talking with Nathalie. Incredible degrees of calmness and compassion meant that I was always so comfortable to open up as well as becoming more reflective. Highly recommended and life changing.
Nat put me at ease straight away, despite me feeling a bit awkward doing the exercises. The calmness and warmth within her voice reassured me, helping me to relax into the session.

I began working with Nathalie to gain a better understanding of how a traumatic experience was effecting my brain and my body and how best to recover. It was a turning point for me. Our weekly sessions have transformed my recovery. I will forever be grateful to her for her compassion, understanding and for the tools that she has given me to help me to cope through the most stressful & traumatic time of my life.
I was a bit nervous about going to the TRE sessions, but Nathalie made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Throughout the session she checked in to make sure I was still doing ok. Following each session I felt a lot more relaxed and less stressed, I was really surprised by this as I’d had been through a lot mentally prior and was unable to find a way to de-stress and process things. I feel doing TRE has really helped with this and I still do it on my own at home.
Nat is very attentive, calm and understanding. A brilliant therapist and I would strongly reccomend to anyone who has depression/anxiety/family issues/ body image challenges. She's helped me so much in the last couple of months. A true life saver and a brilliant therapist.
